Between work, family, school and building a home I have not had a chance to workout much...in these desperate times, at home workouts are the best! All you need is 2 dumbbells. Or none, if you prefer :)
I did each of these excercise for 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest between each one. Get up in the morning and try it before you enter your food coma tomorrow!
