BEFORE YOU STUFF YOUR FACE WITH TURKEY….

Between work, family, school and building a home I have not had a chance to workout much…in these desperate times, at home workouts are the best! All you need is 2 dumbbells. Or none, if you prefer 🙂

I did each of these exercises for 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest between each one. Get up in the morning and try it before you enter your food coma tomorrow!

Jumping lunges

Burpees

Single leg dead lifts

Burpee to deadlift

Sumo squat to front raise

Plank jumps

Squat jump to toe taps

Mountain climbers

Bicycles
